Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation Survivor Scholarship Program

Childhood Cancer Canada’s Scholarship Program is open to young adult cancer survivors who are Canadian residents, and currently residing in Canada. The Program supports post-secondary academic endeavours and recognizes the personal triumphs of exemplary students who have survived a childhood cancer journey (diagnosed age 18 years or younger).

Terry Fox Humanitarian Award Program

Terry Fox Humanitarian Award recipients are selected for their dedication to the humanitarian ideals of Terry Fox, their courage in overcoming obstacles, and definite marks of distinction and persistence in the pursuit of excellence in academic, athletic, and civic life.
Note: Application available now and deadline is February 1, 2017! 

Emmy Duff Scholarship Foundation
Applications are open to students who have been diagnosed with cancer and are attending college or university and who have demonstrated an ongoing volunteer commitment to causes that are important to them. 
Note: Application will be available in early spring 2017!

Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada Youth Education Awards
Survivors of a pediatric brain tumour (diagnosed with a brain tumour before the age of 18), between the ages of 16 and 25, who are pursuing post-secondary education are eligible to apply for this award.

Ontario Bursary for Students with Disabilities
This funding helps to pay for disability-related equipment and/or services required for your education.To be eligible for the Canada program you must have a permanent disability, which is defined as a functional limitation. To be eligible for the Ontario program, you must have either a permanent or a temporary disability.
