Announcing a Mohawk College credit course designed for pediatric cancer survivors!

Do you live in or around the city of Hamliton? Are you older than 18 years and not enrolled in college? Would you like to earn a college credit, learn about how to be successful in a post-secondary environment, and have the opportunity to reflect on how your cancer experience has impacted your life? If so, read on!

WHAT
SAVTI and Mohawk College are collaborating to offer a college course called Strategies for Success in Higher Learning for Pediatric Cancer Survivors. This credit will be transferrable to Mohawk College or other colleges as an elective credit.

WHERE
The course will be taught at McMaster Children's Hospital and Mohawk College in Hamilton.

When
Two evenings a week starting in April 2016 and running until June 2016.

How much
Free. There is no cost to students for participating.
