The POGO First Nations, Inuit, Métis and Urban Indigenous Children with Cancer Initiative works to ensure the cancer journey for Indigenous children and families is culturally safe and medically secure. As POGO works in partnership to develop trusting relationships between healthcare practitioners and Indigenous elders, patients and families, we acknowledge and embrace the diversity of Indigenous peoples and their traditional, cultural and healing practices.
